We collect information only when you choose to send it. If you use the Request a Quote form, we receive the details you enter:

- School or institution name
- Mobile number
- Email address, if you provide one
- Product, quantity, size or configuration, and preferred colour
- City or location
- Any message you write
- Any file you choose to attach
If you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email instead, we receive whatever you send through that channel. We do not ask for payment details anywhere on this website, because there is no online payment.
Why we collect it
We use these details for one purpose: to understand your requirement and respond with availability and pricing. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
How it reaches us
Enquiries submitted through the form are delivered to our business email address using an email delivery service. The enquiry is not stored in a database on this website.
Other services used on this site
- An embedded Google map is used on the contact and location pages so you can find us and get directions. Loading that map involves Google.
- Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts.
- If website analytics is enabled, it records anonymous interactions such as which pages are viewed and whether the call or WhatsApp buttons are used. The contents of your enquiry are not sent to analytics.
How long we keep it
Your enquiry remains in our business email records so we can follow up on your requirement and answer later questions about it.
